Classroom training
We offer classes in our Rio Rancho, NM office. Periodic class schedules permit you to send staff to one day classes in the modules you desire. Our one day class format eliminates travel cost and reduces time away from the office. Each one day class covers all the major features of a module. Our intent is to insure that your staff has hands on experience with all the key features in the module.
Onsite training
If desired, we can provide the same courses offered in our office at your site. Classes can be modified to meet your specific requirements.
Customized training
Our standard training courses can be combined and adapted to your specific installation and requirements. We can provide custom training in our office, onsite or via PCAnywhere (see below).

On-line Technical Support
Our free Customer Support Web is designed to allow you to get assistance anytime you wish. Review our support notices for answers to your issues and for current issue posting.
Live Technical Support
Get live support from a technician. We prioritize calls we recieve. System failures and Payroll issues are the top priority and remaining calls are taken on a first come - first served basis. Our live support services are charged at our standard hourly rates in quarter hour increments. E-mail support to obtain our current rates.

System Implementation

System Implementation involves reviewing your existing accounting system and advising you on the conversion process to your new system. For example, we can assist in developing strategies for account numbering formats, possible sort fields in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and appropriate inventory valuation methods. We can help clarify and define your management information needs and facilitate implementation of your new system so that you will enjoy all the benefits of your investment.
Implementation also involves entering various program defaults and specifications (such as account number formats, default posting accounts, etc.). Generally, system configuration requires about 1 to 2 hours per module but may fluctuate depending upon the module involved.

Data Import and Conversion

Electronic data conversion is possible from most existing computerized accounting system to minimize manual entry costs. For example, we have tools to import data from Peachtree into MAS 90. Depending on your exisitng software, we have tools to facilitate data migration into your new system. Data conversion services are quoted separately. Pricing varies depending on the amount of data to be imported.
